Topping Up Credits

In addition to signing up for an on-going subscription, you can also choose to make one-off payments called top ups. This will let you add more credits to your account as needed.

Manual Top Ups

You can initiate a manual top up by clicking on "Top Up Credits" from the Billing and Usage page.

There are a number of top up options, offering different numbers of credits for different prices.

Automatic Top Ups

You also have the choice to use the payment method you provide in the manual top up dialog to automatically top up your credits if they go below 1,000 credits.

To enable this, you can select the "Auto Top Up Credits" option in the top up dialog. This will use the top up package that you selected for your automatic top ups in the future.

Additionally, if you signed up for a subscription, you can select to use the payment method for your subscription to automatically top up your account when your credits go below 1,000. You can manage this behavior on the Plan page. In this case, the cheapest top up package is used for the top up.
