Switching Plans
StoryReel offers several plans to support different customer needs. You can access your organization's plan from the Plan page.

StoryReel uses Stripe to process payments. Your payment details are securely processed by Stripe and are not shared with StoryReel.
The different pricing tiers offer various differences in the StoryReel functionality that you can access. For example, higher tiers provide greater usage limits, in terms of credits, as well as access to more features. If you try to access a feature that is not enabled by your plan you will see an error message like:
If you have signed up for a paid plain, you can also optionally chose to have have your account automatically topped up if you are running low on credits, i.e., use your payment method on file to purchase additional credits as a one-off transaction when you go below 1,000 credits.
